No I'm afraid it's not those options that I've unchecked. Placing individual plant symbols show up absolutely fine, it's just the landscape tool when you want to place an area of planting more generally that nothing shows up

Hi there, I've been running Vectorworks for a while now but I've joined a new company and i'm using a pre-setup version they did. The issues is: When I install a landscape area, I click on the drop down menu, click e.g. Shade Mix, I don't see any of the plant symbols in that mix. I just see a white area that I've created. If I click on the settings then nothing looks wrong and if I'm placing plant symbols normally everything works fine. Not urgent and I rarely use it but always wondered why I don't see anything!
