SPOTLIGHT: FLIP ACCESSORIES

I am hoping to have the edit accessories window allow for accessories in 2D to be flipable. For example, some designers designate a half hat/eyelash as a 90º triangle. If it was to face downstage (metal DS, open US) it would be helpful to have the ability to flip the unit if it needed to face upstage (metal US, open DS).
