I'm a student using VW on campus at several different computer labs. One uses VW10.1, the other has VW11.0.
Q1: The VW10.1 labs have within their Object Libraries a folder, called "Old Plant Libraries" which contains some FABULOUS shrubs, palms, grasses, and cacti 2D and 3D symbols. They're grrrreat, we love them!... However, they're NOT listed in the Object Libraries of VW11. What gives, and, how can I get them into VW11? I tried to simply copy the folders into 11, but got a message,
"The following files were saved using an older version of VW and therefore could not be added to the list of favorites."
when attempting to open them in the RB. Any advice on nifty tricks that could change this?
Q2: ONE of SIX workstations (imacs, G4's) of the VW 10 lab has a great font, Architect. We 'fight' over this workstation. Tried to copy the font folder to the computers, but the text (in the copied versions) only prints in a very light grey. Again... how can this be fixed?
