I solved my own problem! When I was creating the symbol, I was taking it as a 3D object from a right isometric view. In order to place the symbol; within the WinDoor, I needed to create the symbol as a top 2D view instead.

Hi All, I looked at the university video on how to create custom leaf symbols to use in windoor. When I place my symbol in the windoor, it places it halfway down the frame. Picture attached. How can I stop this from happening? What am I doing wrong?
