  1. @C. Andrew Dunning I don't understand why the stock drape width is maximum the length of the horizontal ledgers. We have 2 pipe and drape systems at our firm. Both systems use ledgers with velcro. So it is possible to hang 3 drapes of 4m width on a pipe and drape of 11m consisting of 4 horizontal ledgers of 3m width. This has never been an issue before?
  2. I don’t realy understand why the count of 11 will be right. At the firm we have wentex pipe and drape. This system uses a horizontal with velcro. So my curtains can be longer then my horizontal ledgers of my pipe and drape. So if i have a piece of pipe and drape that is 12m in total and i have curtains of 4m width, I only need 3 pieces instead of the 4 pieces vectorworks suggests. In the previous versions this never was a problem and now it is.
  3. Hello everybody, I have a problem with the soft goods tool. If I draw a pipe and drape, the total drape count isn't right. I always get the number of sliders instead. So the total drape count doesn't change if i change the stock drape width. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. PRO Opaqo - Mobility Conference 2024.vwx
  4. Hello everyone, I am facing an issue regarding our lighting devices and records. At our company, we have a specialized library containing all our lighting devices. These devices have additional records attached to them, such as a chamsys record. This allows us to generate a csv-file that includes all the lighting devices and their corresponding information. We then import this csv-file into our magicq software. The main purpose of the chamsys record is to provide the headfile for the lighting device in magicq, enabling us to link the vectorworks lighting devices with our own library. However, I have encountered a problem with importing lighting devices from our library into a new file, as the chamsys record is not being imported. I have already attempted to include the record in the additional default records, but it did not resolve the issue. Interestingly, I have a similar setup for my stage elements with a carpet record, and that is working perfectly fine. Could someone please advise if there is something crucial that I may be overlooking? Best regards, Alex
