Same problem for me as well

Hi all! Is there a way to change the origin or orientation of the arc leaders that connect data tags to their assets? I can easily move the terminus of the leader to touch the device as needed, but in many instances the origin of the leader needs to be tweaked to make things look nice. However the only way I've found to do so is by editing the symbol of the data tag, which is universal. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Have you tried converting the stand object to a Hanging Position? With the stand selected, to go to Spotlight > Object Conversion > Convert to Hanging Position. Then attach the light just as you would to pipe/truss.

If I create a connection between two ports and give the cable a name, it looks properly positioned. However, if I then reshape that connection using the Reshape tool, the cable name's position tends to adjust to an illogical or improper place (ie at the beginning of the cable and overlapping the cable number). There seems to be no way to 'refresh' the cable name's position short of deleting the cable, remaking it, reshaping it before naming it, and then naming it. Obviously this is quite problematic as it would require me to remake every single cable if I want to move devices around on my schematic. Has anyone run into this issue? I'm new to ConnectCAD so I am hoping this is one of those 'duh' moments and I'm simply missing a button somewhere.
