    Shutting Down/Crash Vectorworks

    Hi, I have been having a few problems with Vectorworks 2022 where the program keeps shutting down midway whilst working.

     

    I was recommended this type of PC for Interior Design since it matches with any type of system requirements.

     

    NAME OF PC: HP OMEN LAPTOP

     

    Device Name: LAPTOP-9EQ3UF07

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics  3.20 GHz

    Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)

     

    I have also checked if there are any more updates but it says the system is up to date.

    Could someone help me resolve this issue? 

    Just downloaded 2022, Closes itself.

    I have downloaded Vectorworks 2022, however, while I only just began using the program it kept shutting down midway through work.

     

    I don't quite understand why this is happening since I have bought a new PC 2 weeks ago.
