We use a lot of plants in our 2D and 3D designs for clients. We have found that many common and native US plants are not found in the database that comes with Landmark nor in the Resource Manager. In 2D, we can find something similar but in 3D, we really need the correct species. What are we missing? How do we get a more comprehensive plant database?

We have a landscape business and want to be able to interact with our bigger clients on a touchscreen. Scribbling over a picture or a PDF is one thing but would VW work connected to a touchscreen monitor or TV? We are looking at the Viewsonic family, the GreenTouch Overlay Frame, and the Samsung FLIP2. Any experience with VW and those products?

I am helping my friend reinvigorate his landscape business. His IT systems are antiquated but operable and in a cash-strapped environment, we need to make due with what we have. His primary machine is a MacPro early 2009 with MacOS X Lion 10.7.5. I just updated Vectorworks 2013 to the latest build. My question is whether this machine can handle anything beyond Vectorworks 2013. The machine has the following graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512MB.
