  1. 2009 was running on a Windows 10 machine, but the hardware died on us, hard drive formatted into two partitions, run from D drive, something got at it, now the whole drive is totally scrambled.
  2. I am an IT software troubleshooter (or I try to be) I have been called by a local Architect to help install Vectorworks 2009 on a Windows 10 pc. I have been given a dvd for the install, 2009 series B150. I have copied all the dvd to the root of the ssd drive, but on trying to install the software all I get is the log file below Traceback (most recent call last): File "InstallVectorworks.py", line 17, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "vwinstaller.pyc", line 24, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "zinstaller\__init__.pyc", line 18, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "zinstaller\gui.pyc", line 23, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "wx\__init__.pyc", line 45, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "wx\_core.pyc", line 4, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 98, in load_module ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading wx\_core_.pyd Traceback (most recent call last): File "InstallVectorworks.py", line 17, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "vwinstaller.pyc", line 24, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "zinstaller\__init__.pyc", line 18, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "zinstaller\gui.pyc", line 23, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "wx\__init__.pyc", line 45, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 82, in load_module File "wx\_core.pyc", line 4, in <module> File "zipextimporter.pyc", line 98, in load_module ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading wx\_core_.pyd can anyone help please. many thanks Neil Dickinson
