User Library Plants Folders Missing
in Troubleshooting

Hello,
Yesterday I exported all the plants I have created into a User Folder so that I have my own database of plants accessible from any file. I followed the excellent instructions of Tamsin Slatter in a previous forum question. I refreshed libraries and it seemed to have solved my workflow problems. However, today when I try to find these folders via the plant tool they are nowhere to be seen. No user libraries are appearing and there is no option to refresh libraries via the 'cog'.
The resource manager is still showing the hatches I exported in my user folder.
I'm using the 2021 student version.
