[Published PDF Not showing Section Viewport.]

Hello all, 
I am trying to publish my section into a PDF but when I do it doesn't show the Section Viewport I have of the Set. 
Below is an image of what I see on my vectorworks and what the PDF Shows. 
I have a 3d model of the Set. I created a section Viewport on the Design layer and flattned it. 
Then from that I have made another viewport on the sheet layer. 
I don't know if that Viewport of a Viewport is whats messing this all up.

[Defining in Record weather Text is Project data or Sheet Data for TitleBlock]

So I created my Title Block. Created a record and did Link record to Text. 
But They all just show up in the Sheet data of the edit Title Block dialogue. (I am Using 2021)
If I create records directly in the edit title block dialogue how do I link those to the text in the Title Block symbol?

Sorry guys I cant find this anywhere. 
How do I define in my record that data should show up as Sheet data or Project Data when I am linking text to a Title Block?

[Instruments not displaying from Reference file.]

Hello All, 

I am currently doing a clean up of a light plot for a production. The designer sent me his plot that has lots of data that I do not need in the final plot (Classes, Layers etc.) 
So I am referencing their file and redrawing over it only the details I need. 
The problem I am having is the reference viewport even tho all classes and all layers are full visibility the instruments are not showing up on the layer. Has anyone had this issue before or know a work around?
