Thank you Jeff! Yes, the white box issue does not appear in the Vectorworks files. It is only seen when these symbols are included on a sheet and that sheet is exported as a PDF. Even then, only sometimes the white boxes appear. They tend to be seen on older machines or when printed. How we've resolved this is by flattening the PDF or exporting it as a rasterized PDF. Sometimes people forget to flatten or rasterize the PDF and they send the package out to print and it comes back with the white boxes around the trees as shown in my original attached image. I will try and find the original source file for the images and import them back into the library as a PNG rather than a jpeg. Thanks!

Thank you Jeff! White Box Issues.vwxI've attached a Vectorworks files with some of the plan view trees and a section tree where we experience the white box issue. You can't see any white boxes in the symbols. How do you tell if it's transparency issue?

Hi All, Outside of the Vectorworks Libraries, where and how do you source 2D Graphic Tree Libraries (both plan and section view)? The company I work for has an existing library that was created about 10 years ago. We have an issue with white boxes appearing in printed PDFs and older computers when the PDF is not flattened or rasterized (examples shown below). We are wanting to update our Graphic Tree Library are hoping to reach out to the community to see where other's source their Graphic Trees.
