Reviving a dead thread, because I stumbled upon this problem too. Not the best, but a workaround for DWGs with a small amount of different patterns: - Duplicate the DWG in Vecotworks - in this second instance just leave the class on on which the patterns are - go to layer settings of the new object and change the setting "use layer colors" - change the background color from white to the desired color This obviously only works for colors. If you want to change the hatch, you still have to do this in AutoCad
