[Student License extension needed]

Hi my student license has expired despite me requesting an extension and uploading proof of enrolment, the request has not been accepted yet and my account status  still says expired, how can I fix this asap because I need to use the program as soon as possible for a presentation.

My vectorworks license has expired but I have uploaded all the necessary proof of enrollment online. How can I activate my account as soon as possible as I need the programme for a presentation tomorrow

I have updated my account with proof of enrollment. I really need to use vectorworks tonight/tomorrow morning for a presentation. Is it possible for my account to be activated again?
