Serial Number using dongle invalid in Troubleshooting Posted December 17, 2019 Hiya, I'm having trouble with opening the company's 2018 Vectorworks program via a dongle with the allocated serial number. A colleague and I share this dongle and hers works, but when I switch to my account on the same computer it says that the serial number is invalid. Please advise on how to rectify this situation. Hiya,
I'm having trouble with opening the company's 2018 Vectorworks program via a dongle with the allocated serial number.
