    hi katie, i haven't use any parametric constraint on my file. so, i don't know why i can rotate that object! can

    hi nicholas, thank you for your advises... i've try ungroup the objects and rotate them but failed. i found that is only that object ( a plan) cannot rotate. i can rotate the other huge object at the other file. also i found i could make rotation to a new object that i drew.

    i can't rotate a large group og objects ( a layout plan) by any rotation tool. it only show the box message: "this editing operation cannot be performed becase of constraints on one or more objects involved."
