    HI, When I tried to open the programme, a message popped up saying that I need to activate my licence. I logged in into my account where the status is active but it says that my licence expired yesterday. I am giving the option to download the programme again and put my licence code. I did this but the same message pops in. I also try to uninstall the program but is not working. The message still pops up. I also have an email saying that my licence is available until 2020. I do not understand what the problem is. Can anyone advise me on what to do, please?
