My student license expired but I uploaded my proof of enrollment, it briefly worked but now is saying my account cannot be activated because my software license has expired. But I should be able to get it, the serial number I'm suggested and given does not work when entered. My account is not using the email for this forum. I used my university email for that account which is: k1525904@kingston.ac.uk. Any help would be appreciated. Jake
