by room ID i mean both number and name, only the first room that i identify and assign finish information will show up on the schedule. all of the finish information for all the rooms will appear on the schedule but not all the room names and numbers. do i have to insert that manually? if so, how?

hello- when i complete the room finish assignments to the respective rooms then try to make a schedule, the schedule will only show 1 of the room id's and the rest are blank. what can i do about that? thx.markus
