I'm having the same issue as the OP, I thought I had uploaded my proof of enrolment (as a jpeg image of my university ID card) but when I click update account it either says that the updates have saved but the image disappears or that it hasn't updated but the image is still attached. My licence has already expired after the 30days because I thought I'd not have a problem , given that I had uploaded my proof of enrolment, which didn't save or something. I've been through both on my phone and on a PC. Any help would be grateful :)
