We often have to fit architects drawings onto our sizes of paper, and often too the only way we can accomplish this is using overlapping print areas to show connection details. At present we use a separate layer called prints and mark on it the rectangles that represent the print area. Swapping accurately between these areas, as you can imagine, is a nightmare, such that on some jobs we have created a separate file for each print area - even though this means we have to edit both files for chnages to the job.
Is there any way of storing and recalling print areas in the saved views or similar?
