I don't know for sure whether this is the correct place to ask but I hope it's ok

I am a student and recently asked for an extension of my student license for vectorworks but have not yet been accepted I think even though I provided all information necessary like the past years... I am really worried, because I have an assignment due in 24-ish hours I still see on myvectorworks that it is requested and will be reviewed shortly... I am having a lot of anxiety because of this.. How long does this usually take? Any help is deeply appreciated! Lise
