Also, when I try to start a new account with a different email address, I still only get to choose between Australia and -not selected-

So I made an account to get the free student version of Vectorworks, but for some reason it says my country is Australia (it's not) so my university isn't valid, so I can't use the program. When I try to change my country in the portal, it only gives me the option to choose between Australia and -not selected- What can I do to fix this?
