  1. I am taking my first deep dive working on a ConnectCAD drawing and I have created a bunch of connectors and subsequently panels across multiple racks. This is all for a video system for events. So things will evolve a bit over time, and from show to show elements may be added. So having flexibility is key. I am at the stage where I would like to start naming my connectors on the panels. Before I do so, I want to know the best practice so the info doesn't get overwritten, and so I only need to enter it once. A couple questions to start. I was initially confused if I should be using connector panels or termination panels, but I wanted the ability to place connectors on a panel and have them linked to the schematic layer; although upon further investigation, are the connectors in the schematic linked to the ones in the Rack Elevation? Is there a worksheet I can create that will show me all of the connectors and would allow me to name them in there? This would be both handy for output to spreadsheets and easy data entry. Does naming connectors in the Elevation Layer push the info back to the Schematic Layer and vice-versa? It would be handy to be able to see the label in the Schematic Layer instead of the Space in the Rack, for example. I was finding if I named a connector, and I clicked "Get Connectors", I would have new connectors pop up with the numbers of the connectors I just named. That seems counter-intuitive. If I need to add something later to my panel, and I click get connectors, I don't need a whole new batch of them to show up. Thanks!
