Hi I'm a new user, using an educational version of VW 2014 Landmark. I've tried to install the content libraries from the VW website (Help>download content). They download fine, the file sizes are as they are supposed to be, but they won't install. When I try, the VW status bar shows 'installing...' but the bar never progresses. Can someone help? Thanks
