Am exporting Spotlight files as .dwg for another department's Autocad user. Unfortunately stage and some pipe and drapes are disappearing when opened in Autocad. I have tried saving to various AC versions such as 2010, 14/98LT/97LT, etc., turned off ACIS setting, flattened as 2D, made sure I am in TOP/PLAN view when exporting etc., but end user still has no stage and drapes. I am on a Mac and end user is on a PC. I use VW2013. He is using AC2013. I've only been using VW Spotlight for one year so would really appreciate any suggestions or recommendations you more experienced users could provide. Many thanks in advance!! Does anyone know of a library (free or paid) that has smart video camera hybrid symbols - that is - where I can set the lens focus, camera height in the object info window? I'm wanting to position a camera in the audience, then determine what will be behind the presenter in the background on stage, at various lens settings (from the camera perspective). Attempting to preplan what our background props should be for taped corporate conferences. I'm new to Vectorworks Spotlight so any suggestions or alternate ways to accomplish this are much appreciated! Thank you in advance.
