Has VectorWorks made a Source 4 Revolution Symbol?

Well, just like you would have a symbol for a ETC Source 4 26 degree, you would need a symbol for a Source 4 Revolution. The Source 4 Revolution is a new moving light that ETC manufactured and released last year.

My platform is Windows 2000 ME. The VW version is 9.0.1. The last program that was installed was RenderWorks 9. I open the file using the File command. So far it only seems to be one file. I created the file using VW 8.5.2 and I tried and opened the file once in VW 9 and when I tried to open it again, I got the same message. Once I couldn't open it in VW 9.0.1, I tried to reopen the file in VW 8.5.2 and I received the same error message.

When I try to open one of my files, I get a dialog box that has a title of "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" and the body of the box says "Runtime Error! abnormal termination" Can you tell me what I need to do to open this file?

kacey, I am sorry, I don't use the City Theatrical symbols, but I do use the Symbols_Theatrical Lgt under the toolkit>specialties>theatrical lighting folder.

kasey, I have reinstalled my spotlight, and the symbols that I used in the 8.5.2 version are still not there. I made sure to check both metric and imperial symbols. The symbols that are in question are the USITT and city theatrical symbols. The reason I am using the USITT symbols is because the ETC symbols that are given in the VW_Spotlight folder don't give the degree measurements when placed on angles, and the grid that I currently use has pipes that are at 30 degree angles. However, the USITT symbols give the measurements because they use hatch lines instead of numbers. Is there a way that I can load those symbols into VWSL9? When I try to open the certain file from the 8.5.2 version, I get an error message that says that they are not the right version and then it says to open the file and resave it. But, it looks like it only opens one symbol. What do I do? Can I download symbols from somewhere?

I was wondering where I could download more symbols for VW Spolight 9. I liked the ability to use many different symbols that were available in VW Spotlight 8.5, but Version 9 doesn't have all the symbols that I used in Version 8.5. Where can I get those symbols?
