  1. Hi all: As someone who recently upgraded their educational version of VW2010 to the full PRO 2010 I've been of course dealing with the watermark plague... However, if I open a watermarked file as far as I know there is no indication that it is a marked file until I print (to PDF or otherwise). Apologies if this has already been answered, but is there any way to tell if a file is a watermarked file before printing? (ie, an About this file, or something in a menu somewhere.) I know a dialogue box pops up if I take a pro file and import something from a watermarked file. Thanks Nick
  2. I just tried that. In the workspace editor the only option available is export to VW 2009. In the current workspaces there is a blanket "export minicad" menu which seems to enable exporting to 2008 and 2009. So I guess what I am seeing from other 2010 users is that export to version 12 is easily available from the normal File/Export menu? Perhaps my next call is to tech support.
  3. My export menu does not have this option (I can only export to 2009 and 2008). I'm using 2010 SP1 Academic Version, but I'm not sure why this would affect this.
  4. Is there any way to export a file created in 2010 to a version 12 file?
  5. Something new I've noticed in 2009 SP2 (just upgraded from 08) is that when I try to edit anything that goes into a "subdrawing" (ie symbol/group or create/modify a label legend) I have to zoom out and hunt down the actual item I am editing in the workspace. In 2008 the item I was editing would always be front and center whenever I would go into symbol/group editing mode. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this somehow related to how symbol/group editing is overlaid on the drawing on 09?
