[2020 invalid truss symbol]

Has there been any solution to this? I am working in a drawing given to me and if i insert an instrument on top of the truss (separate class and layer) it does this to me.

It was doing this because auto positioning was enabled!!!

thats what i generally do but i was wondering if there was a way i could forego that process, im hoping there is a way to edit how it is generated i just cant find anything.i tried to go into its vector script but it said it was locked which is probably for the better

i need to know how to create an instrument key with counts but no inventory its just too messy and unneeded. Any input would be great

ps i am running spotlight 12.5 on windows xp
