Architectural Primarily to produce tender / construction packages - 2D but sometimes 3D ... which may include selections from the items below General arrangement plans, incl space planning Detailed building sections (1:25) Detailed setting out plans (1:25) Door & window schedules Small power plans Architectural lighting plans Interior Primarily 2D technical packages from provided concept packages ... which may include selections from the items below Layout, including FF&E, with true product CAD items Floor finishes Electrical plans Ceiling plans Internal elevations, including true product CAD items, joinery elevations, small power etc Joinery details (1:25 & 1:5) Kitchen, bathroom and utility room details Floor and wall buildup details Schedules: Finishes Sanitaryware Ironmongery Lighting Internal doors Please email team@john-allsopp.com, if you are interested. We are looking for either architectural or interior. If you can do both, that's great but not an advantage Please be sure to include the following information, which is listed below in order importance to us: Years of experience on UK-based projects Vectorworks 2D proficiency on a scale of 1 to 5 Location (we are happy to work remote, but someone who can attend the occasional site meeting would have an advantage, mainly for architectural not interior) Hourly rate (UK £ Sterling / if you have an alternative charging structure, please feel free to add, but we would need an hourly rate as a benchmark) Confirmation that you can work with a commercial copy of Vectorworks - not student or any other (please don't send serial numbers, just a save a file with a couple of random lines and attach it to your email) Vectorworks 3D proficiency on a scale of 1 to 5 Version of Vectorworks that you work with Thank you!
