Registration Failure

This is a pretty sophmoric question to be asking in an avid user platform: I am not able to register my product for the opening dialogue box to Spotlight 8.5.2. I have tried every possible font. I have even tried scanning the UPC and registration number. No dice. Any suggestions?

You have two serial numbers-one that begins with a 1 that is your VW serial number. Enter that one at the first dialog. Then, go to the Window Menu on WIN or the Apple Menu on the MAC and choose About SpotLight. This is where you enter in your SpotLight serial number, which begins with a 5.
