How do I create a polygon from four separate lines/curves. I have 2 curves and 2 straight lines and I want to create a solid polygon. I have read the vectorworks help service but can't make any sense of it.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add plants to the existing plant database so that they are available to use in other documents. I have added plants to a design and had assumed they would be retained in the main database ready to be used in other designs. I also tried to update the existing plant data base but every time I try I get an error message and the application it uses(filemaker I think) quits.

Hi All
I have just upgraded from VW11 to VW2008 and at the same time changed platforn from Mac to PC. I don't seem to have any of the system supplied standard symbols that I had on VW11. (i.e. tables, chairs, cars, garden benches etc.). Do I need to do something to load them, I don't recall doing anything special when I installed VW11 but it was a while ago.
If they are no longer supplied as standard can I upload them from my old version and if so how.
