I just switched over to a new computer.As I go to draw a line after the first click, while i drag the mouse, a don't see the line till I click the mouse again.How do I get the line to become visible while I drag?

I can hatch,fill and pattern a 2d object, but an extruded shape will only allow me to fill it with solid colors.Do I need to convert it?Thanks

I use Vectorworks on a Mac at work and looking to get a Mac for home.I found a good deal on a older system but not sure if it could handle Vectorworks 12.5.1 architect.What do you think? Its a powermac G4, 667mhz single cpu, CPU Type PowerPC G4(2.0),768Mb of Ram and a 120 gig harddrive Thanks for your input.

Why in my sheet layer do my section viewport disappear and replaced with an outline of a red box with a X through it?Thanks

My 3-D symbols in my resource browser are all in front view.When I drop them into my drawing some drop in from the side view,some top view,some upside down but in the browser there the same :confused: .How do I fix this so they all drop in at the same view?

[How to change scale in sheet layer?]

the problem started when a was in a sheetlayer trying to drop a title block into the drawing from my library,it was ten times the size of my drawing but only in the sheetlayer(no such problem in design layer).I noticed the ruler on top of the page was different in sheet compared to design.So I went to change the scale in the layer drop down box, where it lists all diff. sheet and design layers but there is no option to do this in sheet like there is with design layer.What I'm I doing wrong??? Also If I pan inside the viewport I notice the dim's don't move with the drawing,Is there a fix for this?I tried to fix this by doing the dim's in design layer,but after creating a viewport only the drawing shows up in the sheetlayer.Thanks
