no change there, I use a floor as benchtop
-
It if it something like this(screenshot) double your viewport bottom FQ rendering without any textures applied top one normal top plan view with hatches applied in the viewport
-
They should show up maybe check Display planar objects, Project screen objects tick boxes
-
Command 8 or at least XP equivalent brings up smart cursor settings window un tick show grid
-
Tried your suggestion Wes problem is the resulting section VP will not be in top plan wireframe
-
I am mainly familiar with windoor and there is a clerestory display setting as in the window tool, but say the clerestory window is wider then the lower window or door it will mask it partly and might be mistaken for side lights or leave gaps in the wall.
-
split your layer in two, bottom one fixed height to say 2400mm upper layer with clerestory windows bottom z height @ 2400 show both in elevations and switch off upper layer in plan view
-
I reversed a floor plan VP fine, reversed relevant elevation VPs and FQ rendering cannot handle it, hidden line is fine i'll have to try this in a new file and see if it is a bug or is there anyone having noticed this already?
-
you can also add a vertex to the line with the 2D reshape tool so you can make a kinky section line, have fun
-

300dpi seems high my general sheet dpi setting is 72 (default) I use 150 for pretty pictures, cannot offer a suggestion for your class problem

yes I did a little test too, a 70mm cube, QT file was 77Mb what happened with that other file I do not understand it spins only in QT7 and where the black background came from? I am back to setting up the views and exporting to VW2010 and do it from there set it to 400 frames and still have only a file of 27Mb
-
find your defaults folder open the section marker file and change it to your liking exit vw and restart

-
Created first VR object since SP3 what I got was something called an o.mov with black background which could only spin in QT7 anyone having success?
