Is it possible to change the fill color of a gradient?
-
I just purchased VW11 so I will try the drawing on that version. I am currently on 10.5. I discarded the offending linked layer and constructed a new one to be sure there was nothing peculiar about it. I went through each separate layer and checked for duplications before creating the new linked layer. I also changed the texture, but I could still see the problem areas in the same locations. The drawing is a 300'x100' bldg. in 1/16" scale.
Thanks,
Terry

I am getting speckled images in just a few of my final quality rendered objects I know this is caused by objects that have been inadvertently doubled up. I have just a few that not doubled that still display this problem. I have even redrawn the modeled solid object in an attempt to alleviate the problem. This is happening to objects with applied textures.

Using 10.5 on windows I am having trouble with consistent custom window symbol insertion into walls. They generally pop in ok, but when I perform: convert to group/duplicate array/convert to symbol, the newly created window symbol will not always insert into walls. I have to go back to individual symbol insertion. I have tried 3d and 2d insertion and played with all the insertion parameters I could think of. If there is a better way to insert multiple identical window symbols, please inform me.

Is there a way of viewing all the VectorWorks 10.5 drawings in a specific folder as thumbnails? I am hoping I can do this to save the time of opening the drawings fully when doing drawing searches. I am on XP.

Final renderworks stall
in Rendering
Posted
I cannot do a final render on a drawing that has some shell solids and extruded solids in it. The render stalls when it gets to the images. I can do a custom renderworks if I turn off the nurbs option. I am using 11.5 on Windows.
