We have an established repeat client base with a diverse array of completed and upcoming projects (multi-family, commercial, custom single family, and industrial). We are searching for a talented individual who is relatively new to working in an Architectural firm with a solid educational background.
Job Description
Production of Construction Documents as part of a team or individually under direct supervision of the partners of the firm
Preparation of 3D massing models and physical sketch models
Development of design documentation from sketches
Complete drawing redline revisions in an accurate and timely fashion
Complete assigned administrative tasks, letters, reports, spreadsheets and schedules
Required Skill Set
Diploma in Architectural Science, Architectural Technology, Building Technology, Architecture & Drafting from an accredited program
Proficiency with Vectorworks or other 2D CAD software
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Self starter
Adaptable to working in both individual and in a team environments
Ability to take direction and flexibility to handle the rigours of a small office
Complimentary Skill Set
Proficiency with SketchUp or other 3D platform
Rendering and presentation material experience
Experience in an Apple computer environment
Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. Extended health benefits and dental offered after completion of probationary period along with a Costco membership.
