I've Installed Vision 2020 SP3 on 3 different PC computers and all 3 are missing the DMX provider files and so Vision will not run.
EDIT: Two of the installs are corrupted somehow and won't run, the third is working now.

I am also experiencing this problem on PC not on MacOS, but my macbook is too old to run vision properly.

So it turns out, the FAQ page mentions the upgrade and no longer needing the dongle (except for MA-Net) and there is a link your Service Select portal to get the serial number for Vision.

Ah, I will endeavor to find out how to get a serial number. I keep forgetting to have the dongle with me.

Now that Service Select Vision users have been upgraded to Unlimited Universes, is there a possibility of getting a license without the dongle needed?

I found the .wad file on my MAC
and copied it to a thumb drive... not sure how to get in into the PC

I see the fixture and modes (Arri SkyPanel S360C) in Vision on MAC. Not on PC. No new mode in VW in either MAC or PC. I'm also part of the MAC Nvidia video card problem so Vision is crashing and unusable. Also when I got the email from support saying the new modes had been made there was no library file attached like there had been ion the past. I have SP3 for both Vision and VW installed on both my MAC and PC machines today BTW and still no new modes.

How do you add new fixtures/modes to Vision? I requested a new mode for Arri SkyPanel S360. I got an email back saying it was done and to refresh my library in Vision with dongle installed and the restart vision. After doing that several times I finally found the new modes in Vision library, but I can't figure out how to change mode in an existing file. The new modes don't seem to be in vectorworks even after refreshing/downloading/updating libraries. Also the new modes for Vision only show up on my MacBook pro, not on a PC I use for Vsion since I'm dealing with the Apple, Nvidia, Vectorworks war.

I've honestly never thought to look in the VW help for Vision.
More in depth on the environmental would be good, such as value ranges, what uses decimals vs. whole numbers, etc.

Any chance of getting a more extensive manual than the online "Help" site?
It is very sparse with explaining features.

Vision won't run.I have run it on these machines previously. I'm trying a PC reset now. (Removal of applications and reinstall)
