[Title Block double click function]

Good afternoonish,

I am want to reset my double click function of the title block tool so it doesn't open the layout. Can someone please help me fix this problem. I am getting quite frustrated with it.

[HELP! Create plot and model view!]

I am working in 2017 and I am trying to create vertical booms. I have used the plot and model view before, but I want to get them all on the same layer rather than having a separate layer for every boom. I have 10 booms and it is ridiculous to have 10 layers one for each boom. Please help! I was going to check the "separate" box, but I am not given the option to. Is there something in the set up that I need to do to be able to do so?
