Has anyone explored custom tools and/or plugins that can given good advice for writing/modify the script. i.e. what language is the coding, examples of custom tools etc......

I am also wondering why the line weights do not come in as a fixed standard as well...is this an "AIA" problem or a VW problem and is there a plan to fix it?

in VW9 architect I am trying to do a multi-scale detail sheet ( see page 11-2 in the users manual) as I said before after getting to step 7 the layer is empty, nothing has happened, nada, no dice, bupkiss

When I attempt to create a multiscale detail sheet, the new layer remains empty...does anyone have a suggestion or similar problem?

VW is at fault here with the DXF code !!! MAYA can be exported to every other 2D or 3D software out there except for VW. After speaking with the people @ VW I was told two things, If they got back to me within two days it was an easy fix, if not it will take months to solve the problem. This was over five days ago. Maybe we can all talk about this in three to five.
printing problems

We are having the same problems except we are just getting a postscript error when printing from VW. Every other software works fine and our PC's can print, is there a known conflict with VW and postscript drivers on the mac
