[editing plant tags]

Had some trouble changing an existing plant tag of 10 to 9. Can seem to figure it out any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi I'm very new to vw, w/ 4 yrs autocad exp. The biggest thing missing from vw that I have found so far is that there doesn't seem to be a way to copy something with a base point. Does anybody have any tips or plugins? Thanks.
