File was deleted locally, causing a deletion on the cloud server
Deleting a file locally prior to its job completion will delete the file on the cloud server, causing the job to fail once it switches from “Queued…” to “Processing”. The same result occurs if you move a file to a different folder prior to its completion.
mcd files are not supported
Only vwx and PDF files are supported at this time
Beta files are not supported
Beta Vectorworks file versions are not supported
24 hour job processing time limit
Jobs are currently capped at 24 hours. Jobs taking longer than 24 hours will be marked as failed.
File crashed while processing
Your file may have crashed Vectorworks in the cloud. You can try to export the file yourself locally during a Batch Export PDF and updating out of date viewports to determine if this is the possible cause.
The Vectorworks Cloud Services team is alerted any time a job failure occurs. To help us gather important pertinent information, please ensure your desktop client is configured to report failures (defaults to on).
