ok, i don't actually know how to submit a bug report...i will look into   how about this instead... i have a select service subscription so instead of offering me tech support by way of phone...   do this instead...   i have a shared "something" with VW tech support that i upload the trouble file/s and a video explanation then they get back to me within 24 hrs..   i think that would be way more productive...for both parties   so @JimW,  lets brea
