Topic:&nbsp:Michael Klaers, a lighting designer and the Santa Barbara Vectorworks Community Group leader, will be presenting on using Worksheets in Vectorworks. He'll discuss the main uses for worksheets&nbsp:and tricks to make them more productive.

Michael Klaers is a lighting designer — primarily theater, but also dance and industrials.&nbsp: When not on the road he draws buildings for architects.&nbsp: In his “free” time he enjoys writing tools for Vectorworks.&nbsp: The presentable ones can be found at https://www.verysmallgroup.com/vectorworks-plugins.&nbsp: The unpresentable ones can often be found at the Vectorworks User Community he runs from his home in Santa Barbara, CA.

This introductory seminar provides an overview of Vectorworks Spotlight to create, visualize, and document live entertainment productions. Attendees will explore the capabilities, concepts, resources, services, and benefits of using information modeling in the design phase to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. The session covers the user interface and demonstrates how to use specialized plug-ins, tools, and menu commands contained within Vectorworks Spotlight.
