Architect@Work Hamburg Trade ShowThe unique and innovative exhibition layout of ARCHITECT@WORK was created by C4 -Creative Fo(u)r.
In order to ensure the optimal contact between exhibitors and visitors, visitors are automatically led along a route that winds its way through small, uniform modules. First contact takes place at the stand.
The innovations showcased by the exhibitors are presented in :corner units :and on the walls. In each box, which comprises four corner units, a multimedia console takes centre stage (for PC/laptop).
At ARCHITECT@WORK, traditional aisles are transformed into lounge areas: places to enjoy a drink, to chat and to provide further explanation about innovative products, applications or services.

Braceworks Essentials Seminar -NovThe design of rigging structures is an integral part of the event, entertainment, display, and exhibit industries. The Braceworks® suite of commands and tools inserts and connects supporting structures (such as trusses and lighting pipes), adds hoists and other supports, and then adds loads to the structures.
With our Braceworks Essentials seminar, you will explore how to accurately calculate and analyze the structural forces of a hanging rigging system, to determine whether the structural system is viable.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Review Truss and Support Tools Explore Hoists and Suspension Add connection points Insert Loads (Lighting, Video, Audio, Curtains…) Adjust system heights Explore how to create a Bridle Learn how to run Braceworks Calculations Pre-requisites:

3D Modelling with VectorworksThis course is suitable for those who have been using Vectorworks and haven't dared to venture into the third dimension. The course is not aimed at any specific design discipline, but looks at the fundamentals of modelling in 3D, whether that be a custom roof, a pergola, a tensile fabric structure or a piece of furniture.
Students intending to move into the world of BIM (Building Information Modelling) will find the ability to model custom objects with Vectorworks invaluable.
AGENDA
Understand 3D viewing tools Create extrudes and sweeps in a multitude of forms Model solids with the interactive Push/Pull and automatic plane detection functionality Use the Taper Face and Deform tools to create just about anything Create detail with Fillet and Chamfer tools Use the Subdivision Modelling tool to create organic shapes NURBS modelling Find out which tools already draw in 3D, and how to model those extra things you need for your design. There will also be a basic introduction to rendering 3D drawings (OpenGL - available with every Vectorworks licence). Please note that this course does not cover site modelling.
COURSE PRE-REQUISITES
Before attending this course, you will need to have completed the following courses:
