Line Type Scale in Viewport Issue

Is there a simple way to change the viewport scale of a single line type? 

 

 

The scale of the fence line type (see attached) is to large and I need to reduce it without changing any other elements in the viewport.

 

I changed the line type from "Page" to "World", but that makes it to small. 

I edited the size of the "X" but the spacing between "X"s doesn't work visually. 

Changing the Viewport scale in advanced options changes all of line types.

 

Is there another way that I am unaware of?

If you are using By Class options, you could possibly use Class Overrides on the viewport to accomplish this. 

 

Or create a Data Visualization to be applied to the viewport that would change that line type.

 

But I have not used either of these so I am guessing.

 

Hopefully someone who actually does this will post and let us both learn the best way.
