Hello @Carlos Palmer This image prop might have "crossed planes" turned on, does turning that off show more like what you expect?

If crossed planes is on the reflection could be confusing - I suspect the reflection is of the other plane not the one you see in the front view.

The way I read the question, the user is looking to see the back of the person?

This is a limitation of image props. A human figure in this case would work better although the complexity of a human figure would increase render times. You might be able to place an image prop behind an image prop to get this to work.

Yep, this has bitten me a few times. And I have had to deploy the exact strategy @TomWhiteLight suggests above.

This is an interesting topic and what better way than testing it.  There is something to learn from this.
Image props, great for a quick presentation but not reliable for an astonishing rendering.

Suggestion? replace human prop for a 3d symbol or, how about editing that reflective material so is more blurred? plus add a bit of turbulence noise at 800%. That'll make the rendering reflection more suggestive than perfect.

I am attaching a couple of samples. Yes, 3d human choice is ugly but you get the idea.
