Bug: Refreshing Lighting Instrument Summary Resets Perspective Crop

Clicking on the "refresh" button in the OIP for a lighting instrument summary object also, somehow, enables perspective view cropping (in File/Document Settings/Document Preferences)

@Mike Wood this sounds like a bug but I was not able to reproduce it with the steps you mentioned.  Would you mind sending me the file that shows the issue?  Very much appreciated and thanks for pointing this out.
