MarkSN
Seems wierd but I am doing a drawing in 1/8" scale, about 5megs of rendered and textured image...if I render it as a view rotated w/ the 3d rotate tool, I can render at 1728 dpi. IF I swith to a perspective I cannot render at above 144. What gives? This one has me stumped. ------------------ mark@msnrcd.com Quote Link to comment
MikeB
Mark In the export image dialogue, dpi has little to do with the pixel dimension of the image. if you increase the dpi but dont change the pixel dimensions you simply get a physically (in inches) smaller image with the same amout of detail. You have to look at and change the pixel dimension to effect the detail in your exported image, and in my experience I cant export over 2000 x 3000 pixels. For some reason VW just wont do it.(at least for me) The default pixel dimension of a persepective is determined by how big the perspective marque is on the page. Id be curious to know the pixel dimensions of your perspective . Good Luck Quote Link to comment
