new image stucks vectorworks 8.51

Recommended Posts

I have found a problem while using vectorworks 8.51 with renderworks (windows version).Every time i try to create new texture and choose an image from my hard disk, once the browsing window appears i can not browse, the computer stuck and i have to use the famous alt+control+delete in order to get out of this embrassing situatin-most critical for me since i teach using vectorworks and renderworks.I tryed it on 3 differnt computers and they react the same.I have to emphasize that the problem did not seem to apper while using vectorworks 8.0.

Dose anyone have a solution ,other than go back to vw8.0 version or buing a Mac...?

thanks

Which Quicktime version are you using?

Have you tried to update to version 4.1?

I've not had your problem, but I have had trouble with the texture mapping window and other functions of RW which seemed to be caused by an old version of Quicktime. I think you can get the most recient version from the apple web site

Good Luck
