Window/Door PIO: Parts: Masonry Module?

It sets the masonry module, of course [smile] The masonry module is used as a multiple to determine the size of the masonry opening. Say you set your masonry module to 225mm, common in the UK. Then the "masonry opening" that is calculated for this window or door is a multiple (in both directions) of 225mm.

Yeah I figured that so what effect is the window size meant have on the opening? What's the relationship between the module and the window size I mean (especially if they don't correlate)?

Also, for the 225 masonry module, would you not be better to use 112.5 or does it have half measure covered?
